Outside cable box diagram. Hooking up a phone line to an existing outside box is a fairly simple procedure. It's a great way to add an additional phone jack to a spot in your house where you've always wanted one. So, I'm thinking about setting up a MoCA network at home to expand my Ethernet capabilities. I have AT&T fiber , so the ISP is coming in via Ethernet. I already have an OTA antenna using the coax cabling. The antenna has an amp/splitter in the attic. The MoCA adapters I'm thinking of are WF-803M. This would be a lot easier if I could post my diagram, but I'll describe the best I can. 1. I'll connect my modem/router in my bedroom to one adapter via ethernet, then connect the adapter to t...
Hello, This is my first shot at a MoCA installation. I have a Comcast 1.2 Gbps internet circuit running to a Comcast XB-7 Modem running in bridged mode. This runs to an Asus RT-AX89X router. The XB-7 has MoCA 2.0 functionality built in which I turned off (I don't think that the XB-7's MoCA functionality works in bridge mode anyways). Instead I'm trying to use Actiontec ECB7520 adapters to get up to MoCA 2.5. The POE filter was already installed by Comcast at the demarc point in an exterio... I recently moved into a home, and I am having trouble getting the existing ethernet ports mounted in the walls to work. I have tried reading and looking at diagrams, but this is not my wheelhouse whatsoever and I don't know anyone personally that could help. Below are some pictures of the current situation. Also, too cheap to call a pro and take time off work to be here while they check it out if I can avoid it. ([PIC 1](https://imgur.com/Z1EdWGr))On the outside of the garage wall is a weatherp... Hey guys I recently moved to a new home and was trying to setup a MOCA adapter. I've followed all tutorials and browsed around on reddit, but I'm not sure why it's still not working. I've attached a diagram of how I set it up(sorry for the drawing quality). Basically I only have 1 coax cable that runs from outside the house into the basement where the breaker box is located. From there it goes up into the master bedroom, 2 floors up. What I did is from the coax entry point I placed a POE filte... Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe! We moved into our house in mid-2019, and I've noticed this black box placed on the wall in the basement, in the utility room where the cable and telephone lines come into the house. Hi everybody - My family and I are moving into a house built in 2001 and I want to minimize our WiFi dependency. Our new house has a few ethernet runs in place (some CAT5, some CAT5E), but there are lots more RG6 outlets everywhere, all of which trace back to the same place in our basement, so I'm planning to use MoCA for physical network connectivity. I have no prior experience with MoCA, though, so before I take the plunge and start experimenting I'm hoping for some feedback on my plan so far...

To preface, I was not as impressed with the Tin T2, the KZ ZSN Pro, or even the BLON BL03. Hello all, I've searched all over with various keywords but haven't really found the right solution. As background, I know enough about electrical circuits and networking to be more than an amateur, but only marginally so. I just purchased my childhood home and want to really update the home network situation. Have a crawl space under the house and my father had previously pulled multiple runs of coax to various rooms in the house that I can use to trade for cat 6 cable. That's easy, and I can ...

**UPDATE:** Had to return my motor-controller as the desk ceased functioning after a week. The keypad display quit showing height and became unresponsive. A call into Uplift had a replacement controller in my hands in 48 hours and everything is working back to normal again. I ordered the Uplift L-Shaped Desk with Rubberwood Desktops, Black V2 Frame, Advanced Comfort keypad and grommet covers. As I tinker with the design, I decide to add a few little flairs of my own. I'll give the handle an oval cross section for a better grip. The sword was comfortable, but the round grip meant I had to watch to make sure I was cutting, not paddling. This should be much better. The edge should be broad and light. I'm fighting soft targets, so I really don't ne...
While I'm familiar enough with wireless stuff, actually creating a plan to extend it properly through the house is not my forte. This is going to be offensive to the sauna purists, so I apologize in advance! I got the Dundalk Cube 570 from SaunaFin (Ontario based, but shipped easily to me in the Pacific Northwest). I specifically got the Tylo Sense with Pure Controller heater for this. I put the controller for it inside my house (inside the bat...
